The size of my tires are 245/65/17 can i use a 245/70/17 tire?

this is mereely the ration of tread ot sidewall. however, you need to do the math and verify the wheel well will take the extra 5%, about 1/2 inch...(12.25mm)

fyi, 245 is the width of the tread. the 65 and the 70 are % of the width. the 70's are 171.5mm sidewalls, the 65's are 159.25mm
