How can i retreive something that is stuck down the front of the dashboard and between the windscreen?

You could also bend a wire coat hanger into a hook and try to work it out with that, it gonna take a little time and patience.4. bobweb Says: With the correct lighting, maybe you can use a mirror either on the inside or outside of the windshield to look down into the hole and see if the pen is visible and how it's positioned. Auto stores sell inexpensive flexible shaft grabbers that might grab the pen and slowly edge it out. if the pen was metal, there are magnetic grabbers as well. Of course you don't want to risk getting anything else stuck down in there. It's easily worth the cost to buy a new pen!
