Engine light blinks 10 times then it stops?

I am WAY OVER DUE WITH A TUNE UP, and I just got my Timing belt replaced (after having it snap on me while I was parking) but still, this prolem has occured LONG B4 MY TIMING BELT BROKE....... any advice? thank you = ]
