A! Says: Try rubbing with a bit of white vinegar on a damp cloth. The acid in the vinegar should remove water spots, but use this on the outside of the windows only. If you use it on the inside, you cold damage the tint film.

JetDoc Says: Those aren't water spots. They're deep INSIDE the glass

joemoser1948 Says: It's probably in between the tint and the glass. Pull the tint off and get someone who knows what they're doing to apply the tint correctly...
