What would an '01 Civic DX catalytic converter replacement cost?

1. just some dude Says: What would be a fair estimate for parts and labor for replacement of a catalytic converter on an '01 Civic? I have a P0420 code that I can't get rid of. I tried replacing the oxygen sensors but that didn't work. Also, is it possible to clean out or repair the cat? I need to get this vehicle to pass inspection as I'm sick of being pulled over and having to drive at night to avoid the cops. Thanks in advance for your answers.
