What is wrong with my 10 speed transmission?on a heavy big trucks!?!?!?

Says: My big truck has a transmission that is not working properly The transmission wont shift from low range to high range and high range to low range. 2001 freight liner Columbia truckHELP!~!~!~!~!~2. Says: the switch from low to high is a air switch if I'm thinking right, and it may need to be changed you can take it apart and put air to each side to see if it changes you could have an air leak under the truck. in which case put air to each side where the air lines go to on the trans.
