Added a refrigerant that included dye and stop leak and it all leaked out but do not see dye with blacklite..?

My car is a 1996 honda civic and I pulled the cover on the evaporater underneath the glove box and did not see leaking dye there either.. Will dye stay in system? Can I recharge with more refrigerant or can I add a different stop leak or is this too much and might cause more damage this way? Please post..2. Roy Says: check vents, check the compressor itself around the pully. yes adding more is bad, it can jam the pump. do not use stop leak, EVER. this is not a tire, it can be a simple o-ring leaking. the die will stay in the system but will leak out threw the source. its your car so cheack it at night in the dark. look threw your grill as well. i hope you are using the yellow glasses that come with the dye or you wont see it.
