1. nadiluo Says: I am driving a Toyota Hilux ( 2006 Diesel) and I never miss every 5,000 km service but of lately I noticed it's fuel consumption shooting up. I just changed the diesel filter and I also noticed it's lack of power. Any idea what's wrong?

2. RMIF Says: Hi there - First thing to do is check the air filter and all the vacuum hoses; is there any signs of excess black smoke from the exhaust? If so you may have issues with the EGR system.
