1. Ivy's Mum Says: nothing special, just regular power steering fluid from any auto store.

2. mister ss Says: GM number 89021184; pretty much your standard stuff. Try not to use trans fluid, it works but not as well.

3. Claira Voyant Says: if you go to walmart or autozone, etc.... you can buy power steering fluid... nothing special

4. tysdad62271 Says: An auto parts store such as NAPA and Carquest has more knowledgeable counter people than Auto Zone. The power-steering reservoir was down slightly in my 99 Grand Prix last Summer and I topped-off with Valvoline power steering fluid which met GM's specification. I was too lazy to go to a Chevrolet dealer 12 miles away.
