If I had to interrupt the "Slow Charging" ofmy battery for 5 minutes, would that affect the Cells and Charging?

Im Charging it now.. in the car.

If i Disconnect it and stick Screws in there and leave it Charge OUT of the car, havign Disconnected it for "5 minutes" on my 2 Amp Charge.. Will this interrupt the Charging of the Battery enough to cause a Problem?

Going from Fully Discharged to Full Slow Charged, may take awhile...
