Tell me if my car is driveable?

The panhard rod attaches to one side of the differential and the opposite side of the body.
Its function is to limit the movement side to side of the rear axle.
You probably got it bent by a tow truck driver choosing what he though was an easy attachment point.
The springs and shocks are the main means of attachment, so a bend panhard rod is not the end of the world.

But why not just fix it?
It comes off with just 2 bolts, and you can have anyone with a press or a torch straighten if for $25.

You will be stressing the shackles some until you do.
