2 possible causes, you have no feed to the voltage stabiliser behind dash, or your voltage stabiliser is faulty

check you are getting an ignition feed to the stabiliser check fuses and if you can have a meter or even a bulb with two wires put one wire to earth and the other to stabiliser if no light or reading shows then yo have to find cause of no feed if fuses ok then it is a wire fault. just run a new wire from ignition to stabiliser. if you have feed at stabiliser on just one side then then replaces voltage stabiliser
