Gear shift (automatic) - When I try to put car in drive it stalls before it begins to actually drive?
(2010-05-30 16:19:08) 1. Says: I have a 95 Buick Regal Gran Sport. There is 150k miles on it.When I turn ignition and release the safety brake and put it in drive.....it doesn't go anywhere. Sometimes I give my car a little gas. When I rev it up kinda hard.....then it gets "unstuck"....and starts to move.
Sometimes I wait for it until it goes into drive on its own....but it may take 1 - 2 minutes
What is it that needs to be fixed and how much would it cost?
Based on mileage of my car....how many more miles do I have until I begin having frequent problems with car and have to get new one?2.
