1997 Pontiac Transport. Heat/AC blowing only on Windshield?

Brian Says: when i turn on the heat or ac it only blows on the windsheld no matter where i turn the selector switch to....vent, defrost, floor ect. what causes this.

jayt Says: vaccum leak in the vaccum system. actually i bet its the vaccum ball, not sure where its at on that car but on gm cars when they go bad they do exactly that
