Check engine light is coming on?

Nah...it might be the plug it might be the wire it might be the distributor since you're poor leave it alone because you won't understand how to find the 4th cylinder anyway.

ya need 6 spark plugs.

for gm, i typically suggest ac delco, but there are other brands that are much cheaper. ($1.00-$6.00/ea)

you may also need to change the plug wires, dependant on how many miles are on the vehicle.

plug wires are a little more expensive ($100.00 ish)

replacing plugs is rather painless, but if youre not sure how, take it to a shop, labor wont be much at all

4. S.Sommerfield Says: Your in luck buddy i just had same problem. Spark plugs are 4-8$ apiece. You could replace just the bad one but they recommend replacing them all (6). They may tell you to get new wires but they are not needed unless they are bad ;)
