FRIEGHT LINER, CENTURY 99?

I checked with different mechanics and all of them have different opinions, some say its hubcap or other say that it come from tires. Please let me know if any one had this kind of problem or how can I solve this problem? I cant afford to change everything what all the mechanics say. I would really appreciate your help. thanks

2. jayt Says: Its hard to tell, I had a 06 columba and a 07 379pete, its really hard to tell without knowing where the noise is coming from, check the carrier berring that is in the driveshaft as well as all the ujoints. It could be the tires or hubcaps, easy way to find out is remove the hubcaps for a trip and see what happens. hope this helps a little bit

This might sound funny too, but could it be wind? like a door not closing completely, a vent, I've had a sound like that come from a cb antenea whistling in the wind.
