Note: LS400 & SC400 have 1UZ-FE engines so its the same thing...
3. DIXIE Says: ...to start out with you need to make sure you have a socket with a deep enough attachment that will fit down over the spark plugs to be able to remove them...

remove the wires...

then remove the old spark plugs

...put the new ones in... tighten them

...then re-attach the cables!!!

that's it!!!
4. give a little whistle Says: instead of explaning, wtach the video

5. oaktree Says: With the engine cold. Blow dirt away from the plugs/ boots. Mark which wire goes to which plug unless they are already numbered. Pull boots off carefully, user a little twist action. Do Not pull on the wire hard. Use the correct tools for the plugs, check under the seat, in the trunk. Your owners manual will show you where they are. Set gap per sticker under the hood. Use a little antisieze on the threads. Use a piece of rubber hose stuck onto the end of the plug to hold it as you insert it into the head. This allow you to start the threads, but if you are about to cross thread them, the hose will slip, saving you from disaster. Don't over tighten, just snug is good. Put some dielectric compound just inside the boots so they don't stick too tight.
