should i change dealerships ?2. Says: If you just sit on your *** and wait for customers walk through the door then it's always going to be slow. Ask your Sales Manager for a list of prospects or go find them yourself and start calling. Ask you Business/Finance Manager for a list of customers who are within 6 months of the end of a finance agreement and call them too.3. Says: It is slow because you don't have ANY sales people. You have order takers. Sales people don't wait for someone to walk though the door. They go get people to bring though the door. 4. Says: jobs are hard to get but do not quit until you find another. speaking chinese should get you a job in the in-port export business.5. Says: If there is slow foot traffic, the dealership isn't putting out a good advertising stream. Six sales staff per shift is way excessive. So here's what I would do. Take the models that are in the showroom and work all the features until they became second nature. Pay very close attention to women asking questions and answer them directly. If you can't sell there, at least learn and learn well, then change. I read a book about Chevy's top salesmen years ago and he was consistent and successful. He worked with bank loan managers, to get deals sent his way. So dig man dig and hustle. good luck Tag: Should i change dealership ????
