I want import Volkswagen Scirocco R from Europe, exactly Germany?

Keep in mind too - you may well have emissions and/or safety regulation issues if it's US bound, you should find all that out before you even start this process. Then also consider that if you have problems with it you won't find a mechanic that knows the car if it isn't sold where you live.

Now a day the cars made in Europe do meet the safety standards and emissions but you might have to have a few minor things done.
