1999 grand marquis anti theft system going crazy PATS?
(2010-05-30 19:23:19) 1. Says: About a week ago I had to get new programmed keys to my car soon after i had to replace my battery now car is acting up again.When i try to crank the car nothing happens besides the lights come on. I was told that i have the latest PATS system thats out how do i get my car to crank using both the keys i had programmed? I've tried leaving the keys in the on position for 30 min, I've tried unlocking and locking it from both the pass and driver side, I've tried removing and jumping the new battery all to no avail can someone please help losing my mind and do not have the money to get car towed back to ford i'm still in my recession :)and fyi its not the battery starter alternator or fuel pump my issue is the PATS alarm only2. Says: If you can not take car to stealership.. to have them fix their mess...
Call junkyard and give them explicit insructions on melting car down for scrap steel...
