Does anyone know where to find a 2003 dodge neon steering wheel with audio controls?

I used to have the controls, so the car is set up for them, but after an accident the body shop replaced the entire steering wheel with the standard neon wheel. I would like to get those controls back, and all local salvage places I have called do not to have the wheel or the controls.
