1. JJ Says: There's a belt tensioner by the alternator, use a breaker bar to turn it a little to put slack in the belt to take it off. Then follow the belt routing diagram under the hood.

2)Cut belt off with strong scissors or tin snips
3)Start re-routing new belt
4)Depress tensioner (however you need to) so you can slide belt over the tensioner pulley
5)Have an ice cold beer

3. Theneelster Says: If u do not have the routing pattern under the hood u can log on at autozone.com with ur VIN# & on left of page scroll down 2 repair guides- belt replacement & they will give u step by step instructions.This is all free of charge.

4. Travis41 Says: Use a 19mm box end wrench and twist at the tensioner pulley to loosen the belt, then just pull it out and replace it with the new belt. You shouldn't need any SST (special service tool).
