Am i getting good fuel consumption 319.1 miles on 36 litres on mixed driving and plz tell me the mpg?

David B Says: its a 1999 1.0 16v v reg nissan micra which has been extremely well look aftered not the usual bad example yeah any way i filled the car up about 2 weeks ago to the max until i could not put any more in lol this was about 38 litres £42 and so today it was not empty easily had another 20 miles but i thought i would fill up which i did today and i filled right to the max and even more lol i actually overfilled it and petrol came pouring out how emmbarising so in total i put in 36.22 litres the .22 was probably what i wasted by overflow lol so basically i did 319.1 miles on 36 litres of petrol @112.9 which cost £40.89

$6.71/gallon

=20 cents/miles

current average low US price $2.75/gallon (gasbuddy.com).

To achieve the same "cost" of 20cents/mile in the US you only need 13.75MPG....
