Old chevy pickup enthusiasts?

(2010-09-20 14:05:17) 1. home grown kid Says: i found two 72 chevy pickups in an old autos junk yard. i can pick from both of them and get a whole truck in the end. problem is their both four wheel drive and i want the two wheel pu. instead of swapping out the solid front axle and getting independent suspension does any one know what other frame that chevy pickup year would fit on with out hardly any trouble? ps im trying to keep the whole truck chevy made.2. Rather than going to all that work find somebody with a good 2WD and make a trade. You can probably get some money to boot on the deal which you can put toward your project.
