What performance upgrades should I do to my 1994 Nissan Maxima?

That should get you up about 20-30hp
JWT/Schneider/Isky Cams
Schneider Valve Springs
Nistune or Flashed ECU
Ported heads
Should get you up another 30-50hp
Holset HX35/HX40 Turbo + BOV, Injectors, Intercooler, etc.
Could give you anywhere from 60 to 150hp, after that you'll probably destroy your pistons but the turbo should be able to make an extra hundred if you get forged pistons and rods

While you're at it get a 5 speed transmission off a Maxima SE, Eibach springs, Koni Struts, 17" wheels, 235/45/17 tires (preferably Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec, Yokohama s.drive or at least Sumitomo HTR Z IIIs), Ford Mustang Cobra 13" brake rotors, 300ZX Aluminum 4 piston calipers, and rear discs off a Maxima SE.
