When you buy spark-plugs for your vehicle do you need to set the gap?

Daniel B Says: If they are mass produced ones for several different cars and makes then check the gap. If specific to your car you don't need to worry.

Internet management.ca Says: I have checked the gap a few times but it is always correct so i don't even bother anymore.I guess if you have the tool handy you could check one,just to see if it is correct.But they should be correct and you wont be taking any big risks putting them in without checking the gap.
