If I go bellow 10mph or come to a complete stop my car will not accelerate, until I put the car into neutral ?

Previous Problems: Transmission fluid leaked, fixed by tightening a fluid clamp. Continued to leak and blew one of the fluid lines, both fluid lines replaced. The car drove well for a week, then acted up by not accelerating when going from below 10mph or completely stopping. The oil was a 1/2 quart low with no proof of a leak. I am able to accelerate only after putting the car into neutral then shifting back in to drive. There are no problems while driving above 10mph all the way to 95mph(the max speed). Speeding up from a stop is slow and some times reeves to the very high rpm's.
Question: What is wrong and how can I fix it without buying a new/rebuilt transmission?2. Says: Hard to say the exact issue. Have you been checking the transmission fluid on a regular basis? If it's low this will cause problems or if you have a dirty clogged filter as well. If all of that is good it could be a solenoid in the valve body this would require removing the pan and locating the problem. I would take it to a transmission shop to diagnose first.
