Is a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty worth it?

Says: I'm buying a 2009 Prius with 30k miles and the dealership is tryna sell me on a full bumper to bumper warranty to 100k miles or til 2016 whichever comes first for 1400 dollars. I know Toyota is famous for being reliable ( aside from all of the disaster stories of Prius driving themselves last year) so I'm not sure if it's needed any advice from a Prius owner would be awesome.2. Says: No! Take the money that it would cost and start a savings account. IF something goes wrong, draw from the account and get it fixed. You'll be richer in the long run.3. Says: You should not buy a toyota those fish heads are just a sneaky and untrustworthy as they were back in 1941. They fixed the problem with their accelerators in Europe but did nothing about it in the us until the news and government got involved. We need to give them a couple more fat men and little boys.4. Says: I don't have a Prius but I am a loyal Toyota owner.
