Question about a part on my truck?

1. Ryan S Says: I have a 1996 nissan pickup and i was wondering what the a part was called. Its right under the front bumper its painted the same color as the truck. It looks like a curved piece of sheet metal bolted on. Its above the tow hooks and right below the bumper. Its bent in due to an accident so i want to replace it.
Anyone know what its called.
