Front brakes on 2001 Mustang?

Rotors are sold 1 per box. It may be that only 1 rotor is warped not both. But usually in my experience it turns out to be both rotors. If it's shaking noticeably the rotors may be beyond being able to be cut(machined) to make them smooth again assuming they aren't composite rotors which can't be cut anyway.3.
