My ars light for the traction control and the epc light flash's?

(2010-12-14 03:05:10) 1. Monica Says: 2000 beetle 1.8L turbo engine the traction control light ars and epc light flash's on and off while driving. also jerks.2. Ryan Says: Not to sound stupid, but does it only happen when it is slippery/wet outside? Because that would mean you have no traction, and it is warning you that you have none; that's what it is meant to do.
