Bought a car at a dealership turns out there's a warrant on the car. How can I rescind the contract?
I want to return the car and get my money back. I live in ca. Used car

Additional Details
I know what I meant was the warrant is tied to the previous owner and somehow this dealership got a hold of it and somehow was able to sell it to me without having a problem with the DMV and stuff.

Thing is the car was $8000. I put $3500 down and I make monthly payments so how would the financial company get there money back? Will I have to pay or the dealership?
