What car should i Get Help PLZ?

1. jdd121@snet.net Says: I am 18 and a half so don't tell me that I am a inexperienced Teen Driver, I have been Driving since I was 15. My parents are giving me one of there two cars which one should i pick: a 2002 BMW 330 Ci Convertible or a 2000 Lexus LX 470, or $10k and buy my own car i would probably want to buy a SUV.
Which car would you people pick and Why.
If you pick the $10k which car would you buy and why?
FYI the BMW and the Lexus get the same gas millage almost.
And yes they will cover insurance and most maintenance and I think that the BMW is a smother ride in my opinion and is ok in snow so far, but the lexus is much beter So what car should I pick
and I have been driving for 3 and half years that is a long time driving almost every day, going off roading, towing my family's 27 ft boat in and out of the water by my self successfully 4 times and haven't gotten in a crash that's experienced.

3. andrew m Says: go with the bmw. It is a great car, looks good, fun to drive, and fairly reliable. And the convertible is a fun feature. It's worth over 10k for sure, and you can't get much in great condition for 10k. The lexus's are known to tip/roll , and unless you plan to use your own car for off roading alot, it's off roading prowess will not be needed. Hope I helped :)

4. Daniel Says: I myself would go with the BMW for sure. But if you really want an SUV, I'd rather take the 10k. For 10 grand you have a lot of choices. If you do off-roading, I'd probably go with something like a Toyota 4-runner. The lexus doesn't deserve to be abused lol. Whatever you do, just try not to buy American and I'm sure you'll be happy.
