How can i buy a used car with no credit?

Find a credit card- make sure you request a low limit (like $500) and by something for $200-$300 then pay on it for six months and pay it off. Don't cancel the card account.

You could buy an appliance on installment credit (like a tv, washing machine and dryer, etc.)

Google installment credit vs. revolving credit so you can learn the difference between the two. After you have two or three years history in the credit bureaus, you shouldn't be considered a "special finance" customer.
