It is secured by three phillips head screws that go through plastic clips. Remove the screws then carefully push down on the clips with a screw driver. The other plastic clips, (2), are more of a pain to get to because they are located underneath the headlights. These are just push clips with no screws. The front bumper cover is secured by (8) 10 mm retaining bolts WITH SMALL NUTS located on the top and bottom of the bumper cover. Remove marker lights and trim grilles that are in the bumper. Once removed gently pull the bumper forward at the sides and should just slide off.
The fenders are secured with 10mm screws. Most are easy to get to but the biggest pain are the two located behind the wheel splash shield on the A pillar. They are seam sealed and are not obvious until you pull back the seam sealer to expose them. If you have a fender mounted antenna take care in removing from the fender before removing the fender.
