My blazer wont startr i think my window washer fluid may have soaked my distibutor?

Josh Ambler Says: i filled my resovor up with fluid and thought maybe it was frozen so i kept trying to spay fluid turns out the line was off just above the distributor cap that is when my blazer started running rough and finnaly wont start it has been a week since it stalled i changed the plugs checked the fuel filter i have no idea what is wrong2. al Says: you just answered your own question.. you shorted the distributor. remove the + end of the battery, remove the distributor cap and dry everything. get a blowdryer if you can and get in there, get shop rags and dry everything off. make sure everything is dry. try cranking again. if you get nothing, you may need a new distributor cap and rotor or a new distributor if the water damaged the distributor internals. water and electricity dont mix.3.
