Is 94,752 miles on a 2006 ford focus bad?

1. H_S Says: It's a bit excessive, but without looking at the car there's no way to tell if it's bad. The general rule of thumb is about 12,000 miles per year of average driving. Being a 5-year-old car, that means it should be around 60k miles. This car has been driven a little farther, but that may not be terribly bad. If it has been well maintained and the guy didn't beat on it every day then it might be okay. Personally, I wouldn't buy anything that's seen an average of 18k miles a year over its life.
