1. JamesK Says: I have a 93 isuzu rodeo that through my belt, and I can wiggle the pulley, and it dont seem to be lined up with the other pulleys
2. Top Gun Says: Must be the Harmonic Balancer, which is the bottom pulley, is is line with a rubber sleeve betweeen the outer pulley and the center section that slides onto the crankshaft with a key way. They! wear our over a period of time..
3. Steven Says: The harmonic balancer pulley you're refering to is actually two units assembled as one. If you look at the balancer you'll see a small rubber spacer in between the two pieces. This is there to help eliminate vibrations from the crankshaft. If the balancer on your engine wiggles then it's time to replace the unit. Replacing this part should correct the alignment problem too. Best of luck.
4. judithcircle@ymail.com Says: If it's the pulley on the water pump it means the pump is worn out. Change before you are stranded somewhere. If it's another pulley please advise what it's attached to. It has to be fixed no matter what it is but it may just be a loose bolt. An A/C pulley you may be able to replace the belt with a smaller one and not use the A/C if you can't afford to fix it.

Sorry i just saw your title. Steve is right
5. Mark Says: google " engine harmonic balancer "
6. mdk68gto, ase certified m tech Says: sounds like the harmonic balance is separating. replace that.
