2002 Dodge Caravan, How do i reset the check engine light after the prob. that made it come on has been fixed?

John B Says: typically by either using a scan tool to reset all the codes (including ones stored in keyoff memory) OR at least by disconnecting the car battery for approx 10 minutes (erases current codes)3. NO WHEELIES :( Says: Disconnect negative battery cable for a few minutes or hook it up to a scan tool to reset check engine light.
