Car heater blower, turn signals and hazards not working could it be related?

1. Mel Says: 98 Plymouth Neon. I'm hoping it's not a short circuit.. I think the signal relay may be okay.. The fuse for the blower is blown.. Just replaced the turn signal switch.. Any answers are appreciated.
2. scrubbag Says: Heater and turn signals shouldn't be on the same circuit, so they would have separate fuses. It is probably just a coincidence.
Whatever took your heater blower out, might still exist. Try replacing the fuse and see if it will keep running. If it blows again, then you do have a short somewhere, or the heater motor is bound up.
