What car should i get? heeelp i dont understand cars haha?
(2011-02-06 15:30:15) 1. Says: what car is cheapest to buy and also good for a 17 year old student in the uki saw a red peugeot 107 but they are so expensive!!2. Says: Set a budget, and remember that at 17, your insurance will be 3 to 4 times the cost of the car. So even for a £1000 citroen saxo, you will be looking at £3000 for insurance.3. Says: For only $10 a year you can get a subscription to www.consumerreporst.org. Honda Or Subaru is probably your best bet. If you only need to go from point A to point B Toyota or Hyundai are acceptable. All of those have low cost of repairs and so on. Get something with stability control for safety if you can, but that's hard to find on affordable used cards. Get something at least 3 years old / 30,000 miles. There's little advantage to buying anything newer, nobody can ruin a car that fast, and a newer car is a lot more expensive.
Some Mazdas, Nissan a.k.a. Renault, maybe even a Ford or two are okay, but it's better to check Consumer Reports first to be sure. Peugeot is supposed to be pretty bad but I dunno.
The cheapest models on all those car makers are pretty good, even the Mazda2-3. If you want something quick they often have sporty versions of these like the Civic Si and well Mazda3 is sporty as-is.4. Says: depends what your budget is of course, but if you like the peugeot then a Peugeot 106 is way cheaper than the newer 107, plus group 1 or 2 insurance and cheap on juice.5. Says: peugeot 206. Renault Clio. Citroen Xsara.6. Says: a crap car lol Tag: What car should i get? heeelp i dont understand cars haha?
