What type of extra performance should I expect to see when I replace my worn Syncros and Clutch in my Trans?

Killa Drew Says: I have a 03 Subaru WRX with a 5 speed manual transmission....it has really worn syncros and clutch is making a lot of noice when I push it in to shift....How much Performance to you gain when the transmission is rebuilt? Does it effect overall acceleration and HP? will it be easier to down shift and up shift??? You will not gain extra/more performance that the car originally had, which is quite impressive to say the least. Something you will defiantly enjoy !!!!3.
