I got my car window repaired and now it's broken again, what do I do?

1. pacmanfrog88 Says: I JUST got my car's manual windows regulator fixed (plus a new handle) about a month ago at Tuffy's Auto Center. It worked fine until now. This morning I tried opening it, and the handle just spins around without rolling down my window. The window just stays up. I've only rolled it down less than ten times since I got it repaired, so it definitely should not be broken again. If I have my reciept can I take it back and get it fixed again? I don't think I should have to pay another $250 to re-repair their mistake. $250 should have been enough to fix this correctly in the first place.

2. This Guy Says: Take it back and tell them to fix it right this time.

3. MasTec 1970 Says: Sounds like it stripped the spline in the cheap handle they used! take it back to them!
