1. Tashay Kansas Girl Says: A friend of mine was having car trouble in the past hours and he actual called State Farm and they contacted a company ROAD SIDE ASSISTANT. And ok the first time the guy told him it was something wrong with his battery. Ok he left. My friend has insurance, full coverage. But he called them twice the state farm. And they called the same company. And he told them that the guy who checked it first was wrong. But the operator said they would send someone else but he didn't want them. But anyways they came out and he told them that they could leave because he didn't need them. But the guy left and brought the police, and the guy told the police he owes them 500 dollars. Could this be really possible???
2. Firecracker . Says: Anything is possible.
The guy didn't know what was wrong, called for help...and decided that the mechanic was wrong.
Still stuck.
Called again.
Sent him away again.

And didn't expect a bill?
Roadside assistance is contracted by (not part of) insurance.
There WILL be a bill if the charge is more than the minimum covered, or if there is a "deductible" (depends on contract).
3. Hank Scorpio Says: Nah because he didn't sign anything.

PS-->Insurance has ZERO to do with mechanical failure or wear and tear of one's vehicle. It's basically to cover accidents.
4. Katia Klever Says: Well it is true cuz it's happenin
