Is it ok to accelerate my honda civic 07 past 3000rpm (does it hurt the car?)?

This doesn't hurt the car right? I am not very familiar with cars...2. as long as your not red lining the tach, probably somewhere closer to 6 or 7,000 no worries4. Says: It won't hurt your car. I'm assuming you have an automatic and it will shift automatically.
