Wanting to buy atv, seller wants me to pay yahoo and yahoo will ship it to me for inspection, is this safe?

They do not ship vehicles. They do not allow you to inspect vehicles
ANYBODY who will not allow you to see the car in person, test drive and show your their drivers license has the same name as on the car title before you agree to buy is a SCAM. ANYBODY who mentions shipping for any reason is a scam.3. Says: Total Scam!
I do want to point out that not ALL offers to ship a vehicle are scams.
