Had my engine swapped, now misfire....?

Says: on a 1993 f150 with a 5.8 while I was in another state (so I can't take it back to the shop).They marked the firing order on the distributor cap, but it's completely different than the firing order in the chilton manual. Could this be the problem? How can i verify that it wasn't rewired with a new but correct firing order?2. Says: Hi
Try it . And there should be a firring order on the block rear the intake on the center head. Tag: Had my engine swapped, now misfire....?
