Dodgy car seller. what shall i do?
(2011-03-14 14:30:12) 1. Says: i meant to be doing a car swap but not sure now because i paid £5 for a car check and its come back a bit different to what the man said. Basically he said that he only had it for a month and his friend had it for two years before him. the report shows last change of keeper occurred on 30 jul 2010. why would he lie?the back electric windows don't work which he is gunna replace, the back doors squeak and the exhaust Is hanging off. don't no wat to do.2. Says: Just nicely and calmly confront him with the truth. If he lies again you have to just walk away. If he comes clean and you feel good about it then take the next step. People lie for a lot of reasons, not all are sinister, but it's definitely a red flag. Proceed with Caution.3. Says: He is a liar and that is that.
Run away now while you still have a chance of buying a reliable car that doesn't come with promises to fix this and that.4. Says: liars lie for a reason. You do NOT want someone else's headache at any price. Find another vehicle.5. Says: report him Tag: Dodgy car seller. what shall i do?
