Car won't start help?

JAB 1990's Wife Says: I have a 2002 Grand Am and it won't start. I've charged it and it still won't turnover. Spark plugs are good and there is no corrosion. Security light won't turn off and reset button doesn't work in the fuse box. And the battery loses charge over time. HELP!!!
