Says: No but make sure you look left and right before you turn and make sure you are aware dont drive like a zombie. and 2nd question blinking yellow means slow down and proceed with caution and be extra aware for example turning left on a yellow blinking aarow, first since your turning left you have to watch out for oncoming traffic then turn when it is safe.3.
